When twinning cameras for stereo, the separation may be greater than average
eye-spacing.
Under those circumstances, it is necessary to use a
shorter-than-normal focal-length so that excessive parallax
is avoided when
the scene includes subjects at infinity and a few metres away.
Unfortunately,
most zoom lenses suffer from barrel-distortion at the wide-angle
setting.
This SPM option allows you to correct the distortion on a single image
or using batch-mode.
